Ok, so admittedly, I am sitting here taking a little breather and eating my 4th, or is it 10th (?) chocolate chip cookie of the day. It's not quite as enjoyable as the first, but I know I will eat it anyway. Oh, you ask, "Why is it not as good as the first?" Well, it is because this one can't be rationalized away this one is just plain over-the-top, filled with guilt, packed with pain and too much of a good thing.
Well, now that we are all clear on my addiction of choice. Let's look at what the cookies are dying for me to know, and what your indulgences want you to know as well.
We all have our little indulgences in the work place, which take us away from our work for a moment and allow us to mentally take a break. Whether it is the extra 10 minutes we spend chatting with a co-worker about her love life, the couple of extra personal calls we make each day, the extra ½ hour we take for lunch, or maybe it's just gossiping about how "Mary" is taking an extra ½ hour for her lunch. Any one of these little breathers alone, like that first chocolate chip cookie, can be rationalized away and can even be a little bit of a good thing. They are indulgences that make us feel better in the moment.

However you want to accomplish this "stillness" is your option. The body function of breathing is, of course, one movement that can't be stopped and so it may be used as part of the relaxation, with instructions for slow and rhythmic breathing. Truly, the simple act of giving one's self permission to be still and quiet may suffice, and prove quite enjoyable to those who lead generally hectic lives.
The Imagination Gateway
This next portion of the hypnosis script is essential, as it provides the entry point into one's inner reality. When the person is engrossed in the imagination and dissociated from the surroundings, the person becomes more suggestible. This is the goal of hypnotic induction, to raise the level of suggestibility. Imagination is not limited to the laws of the physical universe. You may imagine any place, anywhere. Usually, though not necessarily, it is a place where you will feel comfortable and want to return to often. As you construct your scenario, be sure to include all of the five senses, plus movement (or the lack of it). Mention them in the context of the place you are creating and as you touch upon them all, you will find that you have created a rather complete experience. Remember, this need not be the relaxing lakeside or stroll on the beach that one might expect, unless you want it to be. It all depends on your own free flowing imagination. This is the ultimate in freedom!
Suggestion Ideation
Once you are thoroughly surrounded by your imagined place, it is time to give yourself the ideas you want/need. Though the whole thing takes place within your own mind, we can still call these ideas suggestions because you will hear them spoken to you, even if they are of your own invention. There has been much written about how to word a suggestion - keep it positive and direct, etc. In this case, all it has to be is meaningful to you. It doesn't matter if you use negativity, double negatives, or negative numbers, so long as it makes good sense to you. Suggestions may be thought of as falling into one of two categories: philosophical and behavioral. The philosophical variety would consist of those ideas that form the reasoning behind something that we do or feel, the why. For example, a stop smoking hypnosis may delve into the rationale for quitting - my family is important to me and needs me to be healthy; It is better to live a long life than a short one, etc. The behvioral suggestions would give direct instruction regarding what to feel, or what to do. It may seem unecessary, even artificial to categorize ideas in this way. If it seems so to you, then it is unecessary. In truth, it is best to write any suggestion that you desire.
There is one more type of suggestion worth mentioning. On occasion, it may be useful to trigger some sort of behavior or emotion at the mention of a particular word,but we will also make progress in understanding the software., or the sight of a particular person, thing, or even imagining a particular symbol.. For example, to combat anxiety, the suggestion might be,Of all the people I know, "when I say the word 'playful' to myself I will instantly regain my composure and will calmly face the challenges before me." Picturing a symbolic object or person may also be very effective for this purpose. Symbols in themselves have a powerfully hypnotic connection to non-conscious thinking. Closing Your Hypnosis Script
After making the suggestions, it is time to wind down the hypnosis and return to ordinary thinking. You may want to extend the pleasure of relaxation, giving yourself some time to rest. If the hypnosis is to be used just before sleep, you may wish to give yourself instructions on how you want to fall asleep and what time you want to awaken. For other types of hypnosis, you will want to give the instruction to awaken. Many scripts use backward counting to give the mind a chance to prepare for the return. For example, "you will hear counting, moving backward from three to one. When you reach one, you will awaken and return to your ordinary thinking. Three...two...one. You are awake."
Recording Your Hypnosis Script
When your script is complete, you will want to record it on a cassette tape, computer file, or other medium. Some people like to have music playing in the backgound. When humans set off to address fundamental issues about what and how life is to be, two important questions exercise the conscience though a middle-ground question could arise from these two. One question is: 'how do we make humans the measure of all things for now and for things that are to come?' The other question is: 'how do we make nature the measure of all things for now and for things that are to come?'
The first question submits the direction of nature to the boundless will and self-determination of humans. The second question submits the drift of human development to the divine instructions of nature. The first question leads to an individualized culture - a state of affairs that lifts personal will and determination to the status of culture. The second question leads to a cooperative culture, the culture of sharing. These two different questions bring about the mystery in humans and dismiss the point that human nature is of a determinate form. Moreover, the questions are at the core of some of the confusion and conflict between two cultures, one largely individualized, and the other largely cooperative. Unresolved confusion and conflict could lead to war. A moderate position can be seen, which combines ingredients of both the first and second questions with the hope of generating a balance.
The present discussion will focus on the first question, that is, the question of an individualized culture.
Every living thing develops from one state to another in order to support the props of life. Humans, in particular, demonstrate this trait so clearly. Once we grow, both physically and mentally, development gets wedded to growth. Development is a more sophisticated human trait compared to growth. Generally, we regard growth as a change in size of a structure from a smaller to a larger structure; but development has to do with a progress to a new level of advancement of a structure, an advancement that shows that the structure in question has for better, not for worse - attained a glorious sophistication. Humans, therefore, develop to affirm this point.
It appears that since development is a natural necessity of every human, the collective human development is doubtless. Once we are all developing,3161 Ugg Classic Short Sparkles Blue Boots, life will be more sophisticated, advanced, better, cherished in all corners of the world. Moreover, any bestial instincts in humans will be progressively expunged and replaced by the rational instincts of peace and love. Herein lies the notion of an individualized culture.
But in order to pursue wants, in order to live according to personal tastes, individual minds have to deliberate differently. And since individual wants are very different from one another, it stands to reason that an individualized culture is undefined in content. Whatever pleases the self, the ego, much as it doesn't conflict with other individuals' mind-determined pursuits, is good for contributing towards the individualized culture. An individualized culture is full of self-determination though it is also full of confrontations with nature.
If to advance in life means a kind of mental reflection that enables one to attain a high level of personal development,we can find a way to stop it. How, then the secrets of nature, in whichever way it is humanly understood, have to submit to humans' will,our breathing is often shallow and short. Taking long. The difficulty in this lifestyle is that it does not limit the cognitive ability of humans face-to-face with nature. It prompts mental ingenuity to overrule the acts of nature. The search for the secrets of nature becomes a restless ambition. Morality, social responsibility, are judged within the scope of self-determination, not the mystic workings of nature.

Self development as a result of conscious choices means that you have the power to choose your way in life. You have the power to change things, maybe just a small step at a time, but still, there is a freedom in this thought. What if it all comes down to the fact that we are asking the wrong questions? All these questions assume that something is wrong with us. Let's consider that nothing is wrong with us, that the universe loves us, and is willing to give us the object of our desires. Let's try to modify our question.
We desire a larger bank account. Why? What would it accomplish? It could give us an easier feeling when paying those bills. It could make that long awaited vacation an actual possibility. The kids could go to the college of their choice rather than the one you could afford. We could help our aging parents live more comfortably. We could support that charity we have always admired. We could quit our job and spend quality time with family and friends.
Did you notice how these questions directed your thoughts (focus) toward something positive? Remember the old formula? Thoughts=feelings=actions,aptitude. With positive feelings we should be taking positive actions. Think about that dream vacation, go pick up brochures, talk to travel agents, read articles about the location. These actions don't cost a penny but they show the universe that you are taking steps toward your desired outcome. Just keep that good feeling going and know that the universe is doing its part as well. "Just let go and let God" as we have also heard.
What if your goal is to have a great loving relationship? Why do you want it? Be careful,as well. Men just don't talk about it as easily as women do.; remember thoughts become things. Do not state that it's because you're tired of being alone or of attracting the wrong kind of people into your life. Focus those thoughts on things like enjoying life with someone thoughtful and loving, sharing all of life's pleasures with that person. Now that we've created these thoughts and feelings,go on with your normal life and do not give anything negative any of your attention, let's put some action into it so the universe knows we are serious. Become the kind of person you're looking to find whether it's adventurous, fun-loving, thoughtful, inspiring, etc. Get out and do new stuff so that your focus is now on enjoying life now instead of waiting to enjoy it later when that someone appears. The universe sees you becoming a new fun-loving person and law of attraction goes to work. Like attracts like.
So why ask why? Because it gives us more focus. Structure your questions to generate good feelings instead of negative, self defeating ones. Remember our feelings are the way the universe communicates with us. When we are feeling bad, the universe is letting us know whatever it is that we are doing or thinking, is not in our best interest. If we are feeling joy and peace with our thoughts or actions, the universe is agreeing with our choices. This article is about learning from the mistakes we make. It goes without saying that we all make errors in life however the most successful people do not let it get them down and try to treat these mistakes as a learning curve. My parents taught me a lot of things about life and I clearly remember my father sitting me down when I was around fourteen years of age and speaking to me about this subject. He stated that he thought I was a decent person who knew right from wrong, he was however aware that I would make some mistakes.
He continued that he would not ask me to come home by a certain point at night and that he would let me make my own choices. If at any point he heard or learnt that I had done something that he thought was wrong or stupid, he would not tell me off but instead he would ask me if I agreed that I had been stupid etc. If I agreed, that would be the end of the matter, the problem would only occur if I then made the same mistake again as that would mean I had not learnt from the experience. He would then in his words, come down on me like a ton of bricks.
